This plastic never breaks down. The production itself of plastic drains our non-renewal oil supplies prompting the development of oil wells, which harms our ecosystem and ruins natural habitats. Fresc advocates for creating a safer and healthier environment, by offering an alternative to plastic. It is our mission to provide eco-friendly products that are 100% sustainable and cost-effective. It is our ultimate goal to provide a solution to help make a significant stride in decreasing the environmental footprint of the billions of consumers daily. Our philosophy
With over 7 billion people in in the world how many of them utilize plastic toothbrushes for oral care? How many of those 7 billion people are replacing their toothbrushes throughout the year? How many times? Each year we as individuals are instructed to throw away our plastic toothbrushes every three months, have you ever wondered what happens to that used toothbrush when you throw it away? In the US alone, it is estimated that over 1 billion toothbrushes are discarded and end up in landfills every year. Are YOU one of whom contributing? Currently plastic is not biodegradable, we cannot sustainably continue to use and dispose of plastic toothbrushes. Nature never intended for plastic to be apart of our food chain, and the longer we continue the more we poison our planet. If burned plastic releases a combination of toxic greenhouse gases. If they end up in landfills they remain there indefinitely, or in our oceans consumed by marine life. If a landfill can't decompose the used plastic what chances does our marine life stand? We believe that one small change can make a significant impact on our health and our environment. Together we need to make the conscious effort to end the utilization of non-biodegradable products and here is where we start.
